Thermoplastic composites made of carbon and glass fibers

We cover the complete value chain of thermoplastic composites: from precursors to carbon fiber and thermoplastic sizing, to impregnated unidirectional tapes (UD tapes), organic sheets and long fiber reinforced thermoplastic (LFT) compounds, our custom thermoplastics provide Carbon fiber and fiberglass.
  
   Thermoplastic semi-finished materials are ideal for producing composite parts in a process with short cycle times, and to fully exploit this performance potential, our tapes and sheets can be further processed using automated tape layers or thermoforming processes with post-injection molding.
  
Our thermoplastic product range is based on our continuous carbon fiber tows. Thanks to the special dimensions we have developed, the carbon fibers can be optimally bonded to the thermoplastic matrix. In this way, the high stiffness and strength of the fibers can be fully transferred to the product and on its components.
