Performance characteristics of G-10/FR4 glass fiber sheet

   Fiberglass panels are autoclave cured at high temperature and pressure to ensure a strong, rigid product that cannot be reshaped after curing. Unlike wet layup, autoclave curing consistently produces flat, lightweight boards with minimal voids, waves or build-up.
  
   Our fiberglass board is FR4 grade flame retardant, which can safely replace the requirements of G10. In addition to electrical insulating properties, fiberglass panels have good dimensional stability and excellent adhesion properties. They have extremely high mechanical strength, good dielectric loss properties, good electrical strength properties and excellent chemical resistance, not only at room temperature but also in wet or humid conditions.
